What is Evo Navigator?

Evo Navigator is your personal command centre inside Evo. Everything you need for your working day — shortcuts, tasks, notifications, and AI assistants — is in one place, without switching between products.

How to open Navigator

  1. Log in to Evo as normal.

  2. Navigator is the first tab on the left-hand side of the screen — it is always visible.

  3. Click it to open your Navigator home screen.

AP&P Quick Sections in Evo Navigator

What are Quick Sections?
Quick Sections are dedicated areas within Navigator where a single tool is displayed in full giving it more screen space than a side panel.

How to open a Quick Section

  1. Open Navigator.

  2. Scroll below the Actions Required area.

  3. Click a section to open it and interact with it directly.

How to manage your Quick Sections

  1. Open Navigator and scroll to the Quick Sections area.

  2. Click the settings icon in the Quick Sections area to manage your sections.

  3. Browse available sections and add the ones you want. Reorder or remove existing ones as needed.

  4. Your preferences are saved automatically and will be there next time you open Navigator.

What it does

My Policies

Your personal policy hub. Surfaces every published policy you are assigned to read.

Best for: Staff checking which policies apply to them and tracking their own reading progress.

  • Lists all policies currently assigned to you

  • Shows policy name, type, version, and due date

  • Identifies policies nearing their due date

  • Access policy content directly from the results

Policy Editor

A dedicated workspace for policy editors and administrators to manage a policy — from reviewing drafts to updating out of date policies.

Best for: Policy editors managing content, review cycles, and version history.

  • View policies in Draft, Published, or To Review state

  • Check whether a policy already has a draft in progress

  • See policies approaching their review deadline

  • Update and publish policies

Policy Compliance

A real-time compliance dashboard for managers. Tracks which policies are read or unread.

Best for: Team leads and managers monitoring, reporting on, and acting on staff compliance.

  • Summary counts: Read / To-Read / Overdue per policy

  • Drill into unread or overdue policies

  • View named staff in each compliance state

  • Filter by policy type

  • Scoped to your locations, workspace groups, and hierarchy
