Policy Review Cycle Workflow
Automatically notifies the assigned editor when a policy review becomes overdue and escalates to the Administrator if no action is taken.
What does it do?
When a policy's review date is reached, the assigned editor is automatically notified with a daily chase notification. If the review remains incomplete after 48 hours, a secondary escalation is sent to the Administrator. The escalation notification includes a direct link to the overdue policy in Access Policies & Procedures.
