If your system crashes or goes blank while uploading a policy, you may need to check the following.

  1. Click the settings icon.

  2. Under Policy Types, check if there are any policy type names.

If this displays blank, you're missing a policy type. Follow our handy guide on setting one up, then try again. You'll see your new type available in the Select the Type of policy drop-down field.
