When you're looking to allocate policies to your users, there's a couple of ways to do it.

Multiple users

Policies that require allocation to certain people can be allocated using member groups in Access Evo. You can assign these groups to policy types.

For further information on managing your groups, check out our handy guide.

To assign a group to a policy type, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click the cog button, then next to the policy type, click the edit button

  2. Select the member group you want to allocate, then click Save.

It'll take a few minutes for all users to receive their policies.

All users

If you'd like to allocate all policies to all users then you don't need to create groups. If there are no groups in the policy types, then you know the policies are allocated to everyone who has access to the policies.

πŸ€“ Tip: If an employee cannot see a particular policy, check out our our handy guide.
