Within your policy list, you will see different colours showing the different policy statuses.

Green and Published

This means the policy has been reviewed, and your users can see the content of the policy.

Yellow and Draft

This is a policy that you are editing, either having created it from scratch or when making changes to a policy we've provided. Users cannot yet see this as it is not yet published.

Red and To Review

This is a policy we have provided, either initially or in an update, that we want to share with you. To accept these updates, open the policy to create a draft, then publish, and it will replace the previous version. Users will see this policy when published.
