Text is missing from a printed or saved policy

In this article, we explain what to do if you're missing text from a printed or saved policy.

If you're having an issue with text missing from a printed or saved policy, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Ensure to include the following information.

  • The policy name.

  • The text missing.

Workaround

Whilst we investigate your issue, you can use this workaround to download your policies.

  1. Click the policies icon, then click Policy Management.

  2. Find your policy, then click the three dots on the right of the policy.

  3. Click View Policy, then click Print/Export.

  4. In the printer section select PDF, then click Print.

  5. Open the print modal by pressing CTRL+P from within the document.

  6. In the Printer section, select Microsoft Print to PDF.

  7. Within the Page sizing and handling section, click Custom Scale, then select 80%.

  8. Click Print, then in the new save modal, name your document V2 or similar.

When you open this revised version, all of the words appear on the PDF, and it can be printed without chopping off the margins, although the text is smaller.
