Policies & Procedures app legal content release — May 2026

This release introduces significant updates to key compliance policies and adds a new AML Firm-Wide Risk Assessment (FWRA) questionnaire.
These updates are part of an ongoing programme to improve the structure, clarity, and usability of all policy templates.
What’s changing
We are realigning the full policy library to a consistent format focused on:
Clear obligations and procedures
Improved structure and readability
Reduced background content to make policies easier to use
📌 Note: Updated policies now include new customisation points (personalised fields and toggles). These will be supported in the Getting Started Wizard in a future release.
In the meantime, you can complete these using the customisation guides available in the Help Centre.

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Policy

What you need to do
Replace any older policy versions with the updated versions
Use the customisation guides to complete all required fields
Review your policies to ensure they reflect your firm’s processes
