Blank Screen Appearing in the Mobile App

Some staff may experience issues when using the mobile app in Dark Mode, where text and information do not display clearly. This can make it difficult to read or navigate the app.

At this time, the app does not fully support Dark Mode, which is why the visibility issues occur.


How to Fix the Issue

To ensure all information displays correctly, staff will need to switch their device back to Light Mode while using the app.

Although steps may vary slightly by device, Light Mode can typically be enabled by:

  1. Opening the device Settings.

  2. Going to Display or Appearance.

  3. Selecting Light Mode.

Once Light Mode is enabled, all app content should appear clearly.


Why This Happens

Dark Mode can change background and text colours automatically. Because the app isn’t currently optimised for these colour changes, some information may become hard to read.
