Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.
In Access Policies & Procedures, click the Access Digital Assistant image.png icon.
Select Ask a question, type your question, then press Enter.
The Access Digital Assistant searches the full knowledge base to generate a suitable answer.
Review the answer and suggested guides.
Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query when prompted: Was that helpful?
If your query is answered, reply with Yes or That helped.
If not, reply with No, and rephrase your question with as much detail and context as possible.
Review the newly provided answer and suggested guides. If your query is still unresolved, you can request a human agent. A support agent will then join the conversation and follow up with you. If required, our team can convert your enquiry into a support ticket and follow up accordingly.
